To sign up for the Valley Idol, Jr., a singing competition for ages 8 years old to 17 years old, print out and complete this form and mail, along with the $20 registration fee, to “Valley Idol, Jr”. The Shea Theater, 71 Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA 01376. Checks should be made payable to The Shea Theater. Parental permission is required for registration in “Valley Idol, Jr.”

Please be sure to include a phone number or email address so that we may contact you with future information. The auditions will be on Saturday, May 17th, and the competition mornings will be May 24th and May 31st starting at 9:30 AM at the Shea Theater, Turners Falls.
