To sign up for the “Valley Idol” karaoke competition, print out and complete this form and mail, along with the $35 registration fee, to Valley Idol, The Shea Theater, 71 Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA 01376. Checks should be made payable to The Shea Theater.
Please be sure to include a phone number or e-mail address so that we may contact you with future information. The audtions will be on Friday, May 18 at 6 pm. The competitions will be on Saturdays May 19 and 26 at 7 pm and June 2nd at 8 pm in the Shea Theater, Turners Falls.
