To sign up for the “Valley Idol” karaoke competition, print out and complete this form and mail, along with the $35 registration fee, to Valley Idol, The Shea Theater, 71 Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA 01376. Checks should be made payable to The Shea Theater.
Please be sure to include a phone number or e-mail address so that we may contact you with future information. The auditions will be on Friday, May 16th at 6:30 pm. The competitions will be on Saturdays May 17 and 24 at 7 pm and May 31st at 8 pm in the Shea Theater, Turners Falls.
